FAQ
Customisation & Branding
What are the different decoration methods?
Debossing – A metal block with a logo or pattern is pressed into the surface, creating a distinguished and sculpted effect. Works well on leather, book cloth, and book paper.
Blind Blocking – A deboss without foil or color, leaving a subtle stamped effect.
Foil Blocking – Metallic or colored foil is applied to a surface using a heated die. Available in a range of colors including gold, silver, black, and white.
Embossing – The logo or design is raised against the background, commonly used on paper and thin board.
Digital Printing – Prints can be applied to various materials like textiles, leather, wood, glass, metal, and plastics.
Laser Engraving / Etching – A process of carving a design onto hard surfaces like metal, wood, and leather.
Laser Cutting – A precise method of cutting or engraving items from flat sheets of material like plastic, wood, or metal.
Monogramming – A personalisation service using metal letter stamps for names, initials, or dates. Available in various fonts, sizes, and foils.
What file formats do you accept for branding artwork?
We require vector files in EPS or Adobe Illustrator (AI) format with text converted to outlines. This ensures the best quality for debossing, printing, and engraving.
