Questions
How much does it cost to personalise a product?
On each product page is the cost of the product with personalisation. In addition to the cost of the product, we charge a block and blocking fee.
*A logo block starts from $150 + GST. The price will depend on the size of the block.
*A block fee is a one-off cost and can be reused for future orders. If you have already created a block with us previously, the block charge is waived.
*Shipping is not included on the cost. This will be calculated based on the total order.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Locally made production has no minimum order.
Offshore production minimum order starts from 300 units.
How long does an order take?
The lead time for in-stock personalisation is approximately 10 business days from the confirmation of the purchase order.
Custom-made orders may take around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the product and quantity ordered.
How much is the shipping?
Freight is not included in the price. Please provide your delivery address in the form so we can include it in the quote.
